QA Laboratory

The quality of product design requires professional laboratory verification. To ensure that all products meet the specified standards and requirements, the company has established a special DQE laboratory, which is affiliated with the QA department. There are about 8 professional safety engineers and test engineers.

This facility can complete almost all test items required by the certification systems, as well as the verification of the test standards developed by the enterprise.

 

 

R&D Centers

At present, the company has the R&D centers, located in Guangzhou.The R&D team has about 13 employees including ID designers, structural designers, mold designers, electronic engineers, and layout engineers, and the team is still growing. Meanwhile, the company has developed extensive collaborative relationships with well-known companies such as OB, PI, and Navtas to obtain up-to-date technical advice and technical support.

The company has collaborated with well-known universities, such as the South China University of Technology, to jointly establish a "joint laboratory" and a "postgraduate training base" to continuously attract professional talents and solidify the R&D team. To ensure that the quality of each product is stable and reliable, the company has complete post settings and a comprehensive design and development verification process covering market survey, ID design, electronic and structural design, trial production, and mass production.

 

 

Manufacturing Workshop

Manufacturing workshop: 15,00㎡, including SMT workshop (300㎡), e-commerce customer production workshop (new workshop 500㎡) and normal production workshop (500㎡).

Plug-in and assembly workshop: 5 plug-in production lines, 5 assembly lines, 5 packaging lines, with a current maximum capacity of 1 million pcs/month.
